Sedgefield Folk Festival

3 day folk event in various venues around the Village Green, Sedgefield - Parish Hall, Ceddesfeld Hall and St Edmunds church.

From its modest beginning at a single venue in 2006, the festival has gradually expanded. Much media interest has been directed at the world spoon playing championships which the festival is rightly proud to host again this year.

Some of the artists appearing this year are The Doonan Family Band, Johnny Silvo, Jez Lowe, Isambarde, Full House, John Wrightson Band, Edwina Hayes, The Scratch Band and Locos in Motion.
