Little Tyke

David Fanthorpe was based at Black & Decker in Spennymoor for 25 years, retiring in 1995 as European Vice President of the company.

This is a lightly written, funny autobiography of an unlikely captain of industry, covering a rise from a ragged working class childhood in Doncaster during the 1940's all the way to the boardrooms of Britain, Europe and the US.

Entry by freeticket.

Copies of the book, published by The Memoir Club, will be available on the evening.
