Beamish Photography Workshop

Just bought a Digital compact or SLR camera and want to get off Auto mode?

Look no further, Going Digital are providing workshops for beginners to advanced.

One day workshops at Beamish Open Air Museum and other venues throughout the North East for people with Digital SLR's and advanced compact cameras who want to take more control of the camera and the pictures that they take.

Workshops include:-

Landscape & Travel

Portrait Family and Friends

Composition

 

All workshops run from 10am -16:00 with no more than 10 students per tutor.

If you don't have a Digital SLR camera but would like to try one for the day,Canon and Nikon Digital SLR cameras are available free of charge.

10am - 4pm

Nearest stations are Durham, Chester-le-Street and Newcastle. 28 and 28A Buses run from Newcastle Eldon Square, and X8 runs from Sunderland. All of these buses run through Chester-le-Street.

Nearest major road is A1(M). Signposted from the A1(M) jct 63. Travel along A693 for 4 miles towards Stanley picking up signs for Beamish Museum.
