Samling Outreach Concert

Outstanding young professional artists perform two concerts including Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture, opera, popular and regional songs. Four scholars of Samling’s Masterclass programme for exceptional singers and the pioneering Southbank Sinfonia orchestra will perform with over 220 local young musicians and singers, conducted by Simon Over. Expect performances in which young people shine and a spectacular finale that channels the energy and ethusisam of Samling’s Outreach project with seven schools in County Durham.
