Peace & Tranquility Week: Tai Chi on the Terrace

Take time to relax and reflect during a Tai Chi session on the terrace beneath the stunning backdrop of The Bowes Museum. Andrew Yeadon has been practicing Tai Chi for over 15 years and trained under Thai Buddhist, Supawan Green. Sessions are at 1100-1200 and 1430-1530.
