In a unique series of events, the DLI is displaying a collection of its stored weapons. This is a wonderful opportunity to get 'hands on' with the relics of our past and see the equipment of Durham soldiers over the last 250 years.
Post-1914 British Infantry Weapons
In the second pair of sessions we will be inspecting weapons from the second half of the DLI's existence, from the end of the First World War up until 1968 when the DLI joined with three other county light infantry regiments to form one large regiment - The Light Infantry.

No booking necessary, normal museum and gallery admission charges apply.
