Christmas at Ushaw

Truly the North's hidden jewel in the crown opens its doors this festive season. Exhibiting within the splendour of this magnificent building, will be award winning artists and photographers, craft workers, regional food producers, together with gifts from around the world.



A wonderful opportunity to escape the frenzy of Christmas, enjoy this unique shopping experience surrounded by the breathtaking architecture of Augustus Pugin.



A traditional Christmas day out for all of the family with over sixty gift stands, guided historical tours of St Cuthbert's grade 1 listed chapel, carols and music in the spectacular lecture hall and most important, face painting for the little angels. Throughout the weekend you can enjoy an array of festive food and drinks served in the Parlour. Admission free to the fair including extensive car parking.
