Blues Festival Returns

A Blues festival in Durham city returns for its second year this weekend. The festival, at Durham Students Union, hosts two stages of the UK's finest blues acts including favourites such as Robin Trower (formerly of Procul Harem) and Martin Taylor's Wishbone Ash.

The programme alao featues performances from up and coming acts including local rising star Mitch Laddie who at 20 is about to release his eagerly anticipated second album. There's also a second stage with a full programme including special acoustic performances. 

The Durham Blues Festival takes place this Saturday from 3 - 11.30pm at Durham Students Union.
