Do you have a creative idea?

Come and meet the County Council's arts development team in February to discuss whether your project would be eligible for the small arts development grant scheme.
The grant scheme supports projects which contribute to the creative and cultural development of Durham and sessions will be held across the County in the next few weeks for artists, arts organisations and community groups to discuss possible applications for the scheme before the submission deadline of March 15 2010.
20 minute sessions are available from 4 - 7pm at the following venues:
- Thursday 11 Feb Bishop Auckland Town Hall
- Monday 15 Feb Lamplight Centre, Stanley
- Tuesday 16 Feb Newton Aycliffe Leisure Centre
- Wednesday 17 Feb East Durham College
- Thursday 18 Feb Witham Hall, Barnard Castle
- Monday 22 Feb Council Offices, Chester-le-Street
- Tuesday 23 Feb Gala Theatre, Durham

A maximum grant of £500 can be awarded, eligible applications can come from community and voluntary organisations, arts organisations, social enterprises, parish or town councils, professional artists. More information about the scheme is available here
